Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is included on every order across the United States. No minimums and no hidden conditions, because we believe delivery should be easy and stress-free.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery then takes another 3 to 7 business days. In most cases your order arrives within 4 to 9 business days in total. As soon as we have packed your order and handed it to our delivery partner, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.
What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?
Start by checking the tracking link in your shipping email. If it has been more than 9 business days and your parcel still has not arrived, contact us at support@bejil.com and we will look into it right away.

Bejil is a general store bringing together handy products for every part of your day, from gadgets and kitchenware to kids, pets, and garden essentials, delivered free across the United States.

Absolutely. Protecting your privacy and payment details is a top priority. Bejil never stores your sensitive information, and our checkout is fully secure.
Do you ship internationally?
For now we ship only within the United States. Our focus is on giving you the best possible experience locally. If we expand to other regions in the future, our community will be the first to know.
What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 60 days from delivery to return your items. Just reach out at support@bejil.com and we will guide you through it.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, we do. If you would like to exchange an item, let us know at support@bejil.com and we will help you find the right option.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is accepted, refunds are usually issued within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer to appear on your statement.
Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to change or cancel it. Reach out as soon as you can after placing your order and we will do our best to help.
